In the Spring of 2006, I did a two-week tour in Scotland
and England... five gigs in each country. This photo was
taken at one of the shows in Scotland. While the tour
was enjoyable in a lot of ways, perhaps the best thing
about it was that I got to play my favorite guitar in the
the world: the Gibson J-200. (I don't have one myself,
but John Kearns -- a friend of mine who's a world-class
session musician here in Nashville -- lent me his for the
tour.) The hand of bass player Roger Humphries can be
seen at the left of the photo. Our drummer, Cozy Dixon,
is hidden behind me, with Lee Goodwin and Gail Lloyd
rounding out the band.
