Wild Oats Records was founded in California during
the summer of 1988, and the next year we moved to
Nashville. To celebrate our 20th Anniversary, we held
a bash called Oatapalooza for our artists and assorted
friends on June 28th, 2008. In honor of this glorious,
historic event, I designed a label for the wine that we
served that evening. In case you were wondering, Otis
Haggard is my trusty dog... and "L'anvil brise toujours
le marteau" is my personal motto; it means "the anvil
always breaks the hammer".
